NIJAAT E WAALDAIN E MUSTAFA ﷺ  


AITERAAZ :


AHNAAF KI MOTABAR KITAB "AL FIQAH AKBAR" JO IMAM E AAZAM ABU HANIFA رضي الله تعالى عنه KI TARAF MANSOOB HAI US MEIN BILKUL SAAF LIKHA HAI  "ماتاعلی الکفر " YAANI HUZOOR ﷺ KE WAALDAIN KUFR PAR MARE. LIHAZA IMAM E AAZAM ABU HANIFA رضي الله تعالى عنه KA YE QUAL SAAF IS BAAT PAR DALALAT KARTA HAI KI WAALDAIN E MUSTAFA ﷺ  KE LIYE NIJAAT NAHI HAI.

AITERAAZ KA JAWAB:

ISKE KAEE JAWAB DIYE GAYE HAI. HUM SIRF 3 JAWAB PAR IKFAA KARTE HAI.

JAWAB 1

YE IBARAT FIQAH AKBAR KE MOTABAR NUSKHO MEIN MAUJOOD NAHI HAI.


  • IBNE HAJR MAKKI LIKHTE HAI:

"Imam e Aazam رضي الله تعالى عنه ke baare mein ye jo nakl kiya jata hai ki unhone Fiqah Akbar mein kaha hai ki Waaldain e Mustafa ﷺ kufr par mare sahih Nahi hai kyuki Fiqh e Akbar ke motabar nuskho mein aisi koi baat nahi hai."

  • ALLAMA TAHTAWI KEHTE HAI:

Fiqh e akbar mein jo ibarat aayi hai ki Huzoor ke Waaldain ﷺ kufr par faut huwe ye Imam e Aazam رضي الله تعالى عنه par tohmat hai aur Fiqh e Akbar ke kisi motabar nuskho mein aisi koi ibarat maujood nahi hai.

  • IBRAHIM BIN MUHAMMAD BAIJURI (WAFAT: 1277) LIKHTE HAI:

Fiqh e Akbar mein Imam e Aazam Abu Hanifa رضي الله تعالى عنه se ye jo naql kiya jata hai ki Waaldain e Mustafa ﷺ Kufr par mare ye un par tohmat hai. Bila shuba Waldain e Mustafa  ﷺ  ke baare mein woh is tarah ki baat hargiz nahi kar sakte hai.

FIQH E AKBAR KE BAAZ NUSKHO MEIN YE IBARAT IS TARAH HAI:

"Waldain e Mustafa ﷺ  ki wafat Imaan ki fitrat par huwi".


  • DR. MUHAMMAD ALWI MALIKI LIKHTE HAI:

"Fiqh e Akbar mein "  ماتاعلی الکفر" ke alfaaz nahi hai balki us mein ibarat yu hai: "و الدار سول اللہ صلی اللہ عليہ و سلم ماتاعلی الفطرۃ"

Waaldain e Mustafa ﷺ  ki wafat Imaan ki fitrat par huwi.


  • ALWI SAHAB AAGE LIKHTE HAI:

"Maine ye ibarat khud is qadeem nuskhe mein dekhi hai jo Madina Munawwara ki Shaykh ul Islam Library mein maujood hai. Baaz Ahle Ilm ne bataya ki ye nuskha Ahd e Abbasi ka tehreer karda hai. Library mein ye nuskha jis majmua e kutoob mein mehfooz hai uska no 330 hai. Jo shaks Fiqh e Akbar ke is nuskhe ko dekhna chahe woh is library se rujoo kare.

AUR AGAR MAAN BHI LIYA JAAYE KI FIQH E AKBAR KE ASL NUSKHE MEIN " ماتاعلی الکفر " KA LAFZ MAUJOOD HAI MAGAR USKA MAANA YE NAHI HAI KI WAALDAIN E MUSTAFA KI WAFAT KUFR KI HAALAT PAR HUWI BALKI USKA MATLAB YE HAI KI UNKI WAFAT KUFR KE ZAMANE MEIN YAANI HUZOOR ﷺ KI BESAT SE QABL HUWI.


  • IBNE HAJR MAKKI LIKHTE HAI:

"Imam Abu Hanifa ki ibarat ka matlab ye hai ki Waaldain e Mustafa ﷺ ki wafaat Kufr ke zamaane mein huwi. Iska matlab ye nahi hai ki woh dono Kafir the.

  • SYED MEHMOOD ALUSI LIKHTE HAI:

"Abdur Rehman Sakhawi kehte hai woh cheez jis mein hum Allah ki pairwi karte hai woh ye ki Waaldain e Mustafa ﷺ ki Zaat aur unke Ahwaal par gaur o khauz karne se baaz rehna hai aur woh cheez jis mein Main (Aalusi) Allah ki pairwi karta hu  woh ye ki un dono ki wafaat kufr ke zamaane mein Tauheed wa Imaan par huwi aur ussi par mehmool kiya jaaye Imam Abu Hanifa رضي الله تعالى عنه ke qual ko.

KHULASA E JAWAAB:

PEHLI BAAT TO YE KI  " ماتاعلی الکفر " KA LAFZ FIQH E AKBAR MEIN MAUJOOD NAHI HAI. DUSRI BAAT YE KI FIQH E AKBAR KI IBARAT IS TARAH HAI KE  " ماتاعلی الفطرة "  AUR YAHI QUAL MOTABAR WA MOTAMAD HAI. KYUKI ALLAMA SYED ALWI MALIKI NE KHUD FIQH E AKBAR KA MOTABAR NUSKHA DEKHA HAI. US MEIN  " الکفر" KE BAJAAI "الفطرہ " KA LAFZ HAI. TEESRI BAAT YE KI " ماتاعلی الکفر " KA LAFZ FIQH E AKBAR MEIN MAUJOOD MAANA JAAYE TO USKA MATLAB YE HAI KI WAALDAIN E MUSTAFA ﷺ  KI WAFAAT KUFR KE ZAMAANE MEIN HUWI. ISKA MATLAB YE NAHI HAI KI WAALDAIN E MUSTAFA ﷺ  KAFIR HO KAR MARE. (NA'UZU MIN ZALIK)

  • Is Ummat Ka Marz Shirk E Khafi Hai Yaani Shirk E Asgar jo Riyakari hai us se bande Ka Amal Jaaya Ho jata Hai lekin is se banda Islam Se Kharij Nahi hota Hai

Hazrat Ubada bin Nusai رضي الله تعالى عنه Kehte hai, Mein Hazarat Shaddad bin Aus رضي الله تعالى عنه ke paas gaya woh apni jae Namaz par baithe ro rahe the Maine puchha aye Shaddad kyu rote ho ? Unhone kaha Ubada suno Ek hadees Maine Rasoolullah صلى الله عليه وسلم se suni hai uski wajah se ro raha hu, Mene puchha woh hadees konsi hai Kaha, "Mein sarkaar صلى الله عليه وسلم ke paas Baitha tha sarkaar صلى الله عليه وسلم ghamgheen the, Meine puchha Ya RASOOLALLAH صلى الله عليه وسلم MERE MAA BAAP AAP صلى الله عليه وسلم PAR QURBAN ghamgheen kyu hain ??? To Aaqa صلى الله عليه وسلم ne farmaya *'Mujhe meri Ummat pe MERE BAAD 2 cheez ka khatra hai, (Is wajah se ghamgheen hu )' Meine Arz ki kis cheez ka khatra ??? Sarkaar صلى الله عليه وسلم ne farmaya *AL SHIRK AUR SHAHWAT E KHAFIYA.* Shaddad ne Pucha Kya Sarkar صلى الله عليه وسلم Aapke baad Aapki Ummat Mushrik Ho jaygi ? Sarkaar صلى الله عليه وسلم ne irshad farmaya, Khabardaar *MERI UMMAT NA CHAAND KO PUJEGI NA SURAJ KO PUJEGI NA BUTH KO PUJEGI NA DARAKHT (Tree) KO PUJEGI.* (Aye shaddad Mene jise shirk kaha woh riyakari /dikhawe ke aamaal hain ) Mene arz ki Ya Rasool Allah, kya riyakari (dikhawe ke aamaal bhi shirk hai Farmaya, HAAN."

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri رضي الله تعالى عنه se rivayat hai Farmate hai “Hum Log Dajjal k Muttalik Guftgu kar Rahe The Nabi E Karim صلى الله عليه وسلم Tashreef Laaye Aur Farmaya Kya Mai Tumhe Us Baare Me Na Batao Jo Jiska Mujhe Tum Par Dajjal Se Zyada Khatra Hai ? Humne Kaha Haa! YA Rasool Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم Farmaya *CHHUPA SHIRK* (Hidden Shirk), Jab Banda Namaz K Liye Khada Ho aur Ye Khayal Kare K Log Usse Dekh Rahe Hai”

Pata chala kay Dikhawe ka amal *SHIRK E KHAFI* hai jisko Riyakari kaha jaata hai aur wo is Ummat ki asli bimari hai jispe HUZUR صلى الله عليه وسلم  Ko is Ummat pe sabse zyada khatra raha aur Aaj ummat iski giraft me aagayi hai
