BIDDAT E HASNA ka Saboot SAHI Hadith/hadees shareef se

Tareekh e Islam me sabse pehli Biddat e Hasna kab huwi


1) JAAME QURAN aur SHAYKHAIN KA AMAL

Hadith/Hadees

Hazarat Umar Farooq رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ne Hazarat Abu Bakar Siddique رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ko Tazweez di ki Quran e Hakeem ek Kitabi Surat mein Jama kar liya jaaye. Hazarat Siddique e Akbar رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ne Farmaya: " Main aisa kaam kaise kar sakta hu jise Rasoolallah  ne nahi Farmaya"

Hazarat Umar Farooq رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ne jawab diya "Aye Ameer ul Momineen! Durust hai ki yeh kaam hamare Aaqa ﷺ ne apni zahiri hayat e Muqadasa mein nahi kiya lekin Allah ki Kasam! Bahot achcha aur bhalai par mabni hai. Lihaza hame ise zaroor karna chahiye"

Is bahes wa tamhees ke dauran Sayyedena Abu Bakar Siddique رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ka seena khul gaya aur katib e wahi Hazarat Zaid bin Thabit رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه is azeem kaam par maamur kiye gaye. Chunanche Hazarat Zaid رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ne khujoor ki shakho, safed pattharo aur logo ke seeno se quran ko jama karna shuru kar diya aur is tarah tayyar kiye gaye chand nuskhe jo Sayyedena Siddique e Akbar رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه aur Sayyedena Umar Farooq رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ke baad Ummul Momineen Sayyeda Hafsa رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ke paas mehfooz ho gaye the. Baad mein Sayyedena Usman e Gani رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ne unse mangwa kar Quran e Hakeem Dobara Maujooda Tarteeb me yakja kar diya.

Is tarah Tarikh e Islam mein pehli Biddat e Hasna Sayyedena Siddiq e Akbar رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه aur Sayyedena Farooq e Azam رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ke haaton Wuqoo pazeer huwi

2) BA-JAMAT NAMAZ E TARAWIH KI IBTEDAH

Hazarat Umar Farooq رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ne logo ko Hazarat Ubai bin Kaab رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ke peeche namaz e tarawih ba jamat padhne ka hukm diya. Sahaba e Kiram ko ba jamat namaz e tarawih padhte dekh kar Hazarat e Umar رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ne farmaya " Yeh kitni Achchi Biddat hai aur raat ka woh hissa jis mein log so jate hai us hisse se behtar hai jisme woh qayam karte hai"

Is riwayat mein sayyedena Umar Farooq رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ne khud "Yeh kitni achchi biddat hai" farma kar yeh sabit kar diya ki har biddat e Sayieea nahi hoti balki beshumar biddat achchi bhi hoti hai aur biddat e hasana aur biddat e sahyeea ki taqseem hadees se sabit hai. Mehaz qiyasi taqseem nahi balki Sayyedena Umar Farooq رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰ عنه ke Qaul par qayam hai.

🔺 Tauseef ur Rehman ka Aitraz

Jo Amal ahad e Rasoolallah ﷺ me na huwa ho ya jo Amal Huzurﷺ ne nahi kiya ho woh nazaiz aur Biddat hai aur har aisa naya kaam Mardood hai.

Maslan Teeja, Daswa, chaliswa, Barsi Wagairah yeh Tamam amal Mardood aur Haram wa biddat hai kyunki Huzurﷺ ne nahi kiya Bhale hi is me log achche amal karte hai. Jaise Quran Padhte hai aur Zikro tasbihaat padte hai.

Iski misal ye hai ki koi shaks Namaz mein 2 ke badle 3 Sajde kare haalanki Sajda Allah hi ke liye karta hai aur teesre Sajde me Tasbihat yaani Allah hi ka Zikr karega magar teesra Sajda karna haram o najaiz hoga aur uske liye gunah wa barbadi hogi Kyun ki Huzurﷺ ne sirf 2 sajde kiye hai aur sirf 2 Sajdo ka hukum diya.

Issi tarah koi Azan me aakhri kalme me sirf "LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAH" kehne ke badle Muqaammal  "LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAH MUHAMADUR RASOOLALLAH" kahe to aisa karna galat hoga kyun ki Huzurﷺ ne sirf "LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAH" kehne ka hukum diya hai. Haalanke woh kalme ko pura padh raha hai.

Pata chala ki har naya amal jo Huzurﷺ ne nahi kiya woh biddat hai aur gumrahi hai aur na maqbool wa mardood hai. Yaani jis amal par Rasoolallahﷺ ki mohar na lagi ho woh Allah ke yaha qabool na hoga.

🔺🔺 JAWAB

Wahabi maulvi ne biddat ke naam par dhoka dene ki koshish ki hai. Agar biddat ka mahfoom yahi hai jo wahabi bata rahe hai to yeh unka sahih hadith se inkaar hai.

Teeja, Daswa, chaaliswa, Barsi yeh sab amal Esale sawab ki mukhtaleef surate hai. yeh tamam amal shakal ke aitbaar se naye hai magar asal ke aitbaar se purane aur Sahi hadees se Sabit hai

Wahabi Maulvi ne misaal to achchi di hai magar yeh misaal unke dawa ke suboot par fit nahi hoti hai. Kyunki Shayad Wahabi maulvi ko yeh maloom nahi ki 

Deen me 2 Tarah ke jaiz amal hote hai

1. Masnoon Amal jiska makhsus wa mutaain tareeqa ain Sunnat se sabit ho ya Jiska Makhsoos hukum Diya gaya ho.

Aur

2. Woh amal jo Sunnat nahi magar Sunnat ke khilaf bhi nahi aur na shariat me uski koi mumaniyat ho yaani oos amal ka koi makhsoos tareeka ya hukm na ho balki aam ho aur uski asal Sunnat me maujood ho.

Namaz me 2 Sajde aur Azaan me aakhri Kalme mein sirf "LA ILAAHA ILLALAH" kehna ain sunnat se sabit hai aur uska makhsoos hukm hai. Aise amal ko badal kar alag tareeke se karna ya us mein izafa karna najaiz aur haram hota hai.

Magar aisa amal jo ain sunnat se sabit na ho aur na us amal ka koi makhsoos hukm ho magar woh amal Sunnat ke khilaf bhi na ho aur na Shariat me us amal ki mumaniyat ho balki woh aam hukm ke tehat dakhil ho to aise amal ko karne me koi harj nahi. Maslan Tarawwih ki Namaz 30 din Ba Jamat ada karna jaiz hai haalanki ain sunnat se sabit nahi magar Sunnat ke khilaf bhi nahi

Isi tarah Mayyit ke liye Isale Sawab ka hukm aam hai aur Teeja, Daswa, Chaliswa Wagairah usi aam hukm ke tehat dakhil hai. Lihaza yeh haram nahi balki jaiz hai.

BIDDAT KA SAHI MEHFOOM AAPKO BATATE HAI


Ahle ilm ke nazdeek Bidat ki Istelahi Tareef darj e zeel hai:

1) IMAM NAWAWI (631-677 Hijri)

Biddat ki Tareef in Alfaz mein karte hai.
"Biddat se Murad aise naye kaam ki Ijaad jo Ahad e Risaalat e Maab mein na ho"

2) SHAIKH IBNE RAJAB HANBALI (736-795 Hijri)

Biddat ki istelahi tareef in Alfaz me karte hai.
"Biddat se murad woh naya kaam hai jis ki shariat mein koi asal maujood na ho jo us par dalaalat kare. Lekin har woh mu'amla jis ki asal shariat mein maujood ho woh sharahan biddat nahi. agarche woh lugwi aitbaar se biddat hoga"

3) HAFIZ IBNE HAJAR ASQALANI (773-852 Hijri)

Biddat e hasna aur Biddat e Sayeea ki wazahat karte hue likhte hai.
"Tehqeeq yeh hai ki agar biddat koi aisa kaam ho jo shariat me mustahasan umoor mein shumar ho to woh Hasana hai aur agar woh shariat mein na pasandida umoor me shumar ho to woh qabiha hogi"

Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah رضي الله تعالى  se riwayat hai ke Huzoor ﷺ ne farmaya jo shaksh Islam mein kisi nek kaam ki buniyaad dale to uske liye uske apne amaal ka bhi sawab hai aur jo uske baad is par amal karenge un ka sawab bhi hai, bagair iske ke unke sawab mein koi kami ki jaye. Aur jisne islam mein kisi buri baat ki ibtida ki to us par uske apne amal ka gunah hai aur jo uske baad is par amal karenge unka bhi gunah hai bagair iske ke unke gunah mein kuch kami hai.

BIDDAT KE ISTELAHI TAREEF AUR BIDDAT KI TAQSEEM SE YEH PATA CHALA KI AGAR KOI NAYA KAAM (AMAL) SHAKAL KE AITBAAR SE NAYA HO MAGAR ASAL KE AITBAAR SE PURANA HO TO USSE BURI BIDDAT NAHI KAHENGE.

Rama (Balkh ke Qazi) se Suna, Unhone kaha: 
"Mein (Imam) Malik (Bin Anas Madni) ke paas gaya to Pucha: Aye Abu Abdullah! Namaz Mein kya Farz hai aur Kya Sunnat hai? ya kaha: Kya Nafl hai? to (Imam) Malik (Bin Anas Madni) ne Farmaya: Zindiqo ka Kalaam hai, isse bahar nikal do"

Ibarat ka Galat tarjuma karke wahabio ne yeh tassur dene ki koshish ki hai ki Imam Malik رحمة الله عليه ke nazdik kya Cheez Farz hai? Kya cheez Wajib hai? kya Cheez Sunnat hai?..iss tarah ka sawal karna Zindiqo ka tareeka hai.

Ibarat ka Sahi Tarjuma

Fiqha Hanfi par Wahabi Ahle Hadees ke Aitraz Ka Jawab

Kutte ki Khal Paak hai Ya Napaak hai?

Masla:Kutte ki Khal bhi Dabagat ke baad Najees ul Ain na hone ki wajah se Paak Hai.

Wahabi Aitraz

Kahi kutte najees ul ain nahi, kahi uski khal paak hai, tou kahi uspar namaz ho jayegi, tou kahi kutte ki khal ke doul [Bucket] me pani se Wuzu ho jayega, tou kahi kutte ko gaud me lekar namaz padhne se namaz ho jayegi, wagerah wagerah...aakhir aap logo ko (hanfio ko) yeh "Kukkar Prem" itna jyadah kyun aur kaise ho gaya hai? kya waqai me ALLAH ka khauf bilkul na raha?

Aitraz ka Jawab:

Kutta bhi najees hai aur Khinjir (pig) bhi najees hai, Lekin khinjir Najees ul Ain hai, uski najasat dalail e Qatai se saabit hai.

Hadees me hai ki jo bhi kachchi khal dabagat di jaye tou woh Paak hai, khinjir ki khaal kisi haal me Paak nahi,

Wahabio ke Imam Qazi Shaukani ne bhi yahi likha hai ki kutte ka qayas khinjir par sahi nahi, Janwar chahe Halal ho ya Haram oos ka chamda Dabagat ke baad Paak hai. 

Qazi Shaukani ke hawale se ahle hadees maulvi Abdur Rehman Mubarakpuri ne yeh Baat Likha hai.

Abu Dawood ki riwayat (dabagat ke baad har kachcha chamda paak hai) khas nahi hai makul (halal) Janwar ke sath aur Abu Dawood ki riwayat jyada rajeh hai. Kyunki woh ahle lugat ke muafiq hai. Jaisa ki Sahibe Sihah'qamus.nihaya wagairaih. Yeh bahes (lafze ihab) se muta'alliq hai. Lihaza jo mana lugat ke muwafiq hai wahi rajeh hai. Meine lugat ki kisi kitab mein nahi paya ki lafze ihab (kachcha Chamda) sirf makul (halal) janwar ke chamde ke sath khas hai jaisa ki Tirmizi ne riwayat ki. Shaukani ki baat puri huwi. Mera (sheikh Mubarakpuri ka) kehna hai ki baat wahi (sahih) hai jo shaukani ne kahi (ki Dabagat se khinzir ke siwa har halal aur haram janwar ka chamda paak hai)

Imam e Azam Abu Hanifa رحمة الله عليه Par Aitraz ka Jawab


WAHABI AHLE HADEES KA DHOKA


Wahabi Ahle hadees ne Imame Aazam Abu Hanifah رحمة الله عليه ke bugz wa inaad me Aap ke taalluq se Imame Malik رحمة الله عليه par ek jhutha ilzam laga diya.
Woh ye ki Imame Aazam ke talluq se unho ne ye kaha ki woh apni galat baat pe bhi ade rahne wale the. MaazAllah!



Wahabi Ahle Hadees ne daleel mein Imam Hatim ke hawale ko pesh kiya:

Imam Shafai رحمة الله عليه ne kaha maine Imam Malik رحمة الله عليه ko yeh kehte suna jabki unse pucha gaya ki Aap Abu Hanifa ko jaante hai to unhone kaha haan tumhara us shaksh ke baare mein kya khayal hai, Ki agar woh us sutoon ko sone ka kahe aur usko sabit karne par amaada ho jaye to usko sone ka kar dikhayega agarche who sutoon lakdi ka ho ya pathar ka.

"Imam Muhammad ( Abi Hatim) ne kaha Imam Malik ki muraad yeh thi ki beshak Abu Hanifa galti par date rehta tha aur us par daleel deta rehta tha. Aur sahih baat Abu Hanifa ke samne zahir ho jati to uski taraf na laut ta tha.

JAWAB

Imame Malik par ye jhuti tohmat hai. Haqeeqat ye hai ki Imam Malik ka ye kahna ki Abu Hanifa agar kisi lakdi ke sotoon ko sone ka kahke usko sabit karna chahte to dalil dekar sabit kar sakte the. Ye baat Imam Malik ne Imame Aazam ke kamale zihanat aur quwwate istidlal ki tareef me kahi hai. Unki mazammat me nahi! Chunanche Imam Malik ke is qaul ko Imam Aazam ki madah me darje zail Muhadditheen ne apni kitabon me naql kiya hai aur kisi ne bhi isko mazammat wala qaul nahi kaha. Misal ke taur par:

KHATIB NE IS QAUL KO IMAM ABU HANIFA KI FIQH KI TARIF ME PESH KIYA HAI.

(6) ALLAMA MIZZI NE TAHZIBUL KAMAL, V-29- P:429 MEIN;

(7) ALLAMA IBNE KATHIR DAMISHQI NE TABAQAT USHSHAFIYIN, V-1- P:19 MEIN;

INSAAF KARO

IMAM MALIK رحمة الله عليه KE QAUL KO EK TARAF EK DARJAN MUHADITHEEN IMAM E AAZAM رحمة الله عليه KI TARIF PE MAHMUL KAR RAHE HAI KI IMAME AZAM رحمة الله عليه ILMO ISTIDLAL ME ITNE QAWI THE KI BILFARZ KISI PATHTHAR YA LAKDI KE SUTUN KO DALIL SE SONE KA SUTOON SABIT KARNA CHAHTE TO SABIT KAR SAKTE THE. LEKIN BURA HO BUGZ O INAD KA KI YEK DARJAN MUHADITHEEN KI BAAT KO CHHODKAR WAHABIYA NE IMAME AAZAM رحمة الله عليه KE BUGZ ME ABU HATIM KI GALAT TASHRIH KO LEKAR IMAME AAZAM رحمة الله عليه PE LAAN TAAN KARNA SHURU KIYA.


AB HAM YAHAN PAR IMAME AAZAM رحمة الله عليه KE TAALLUQ SE KUCH MUHADITHEEN KE AQWAL NAQL KARTE HAI:

(1) IMAM IBNE MUBARAK SE PUCHHA GAYA KI IMAM MALIK BADE FAQIF HAI YA IMAM AAZAM? TO UNHO NE JAWAB DIYA IMAM ABU HANIFA.

(2) YAHYA BIN SAEED QATTAN NE FARMAYA: MAI NE ABU HANIFA KI FIQH SE ACHHI FIQH KISI KI NAHI DEKHA. HAM NE UNKE AKSAR AQWAL KO LIYA HAI.

(3) ALI BIN AASIM NE FARMAYA, ABU HANIFA KE ILM KO UNKE ZAMANE WALO KE ILM SE MUWAZANA KIYA JAYE TO ABU HANIFA KA ILM BHARI HOGA.

(4) IMAM BUKHARI KE DADA USTAZ HAFS BIN GAYAS NE FARMAYA, FIQH ME ABU HANIFAH KA KALAM SHER SE ZIYADA DAQIQ HAI UN PAR KOI JAHIL HI AIB LAGAYEGA.

(5) IMAM BUKHARI KE USTAZ HUMAIDI NE FARMAYA MAINE SUFYAN BIN OAINA KO KAHTE HUYE SUNA KI ABU HANIFA KI FIQH KOFAH SE NIKALKAR AAFAQ ME PHAIL GAI.

(6) JARIR NE FARMAYA KI MUJH SE MUGIRAH NE KAHA KI ABU HANIFA KI MAJLIS ME BAITHO FAQIH HOJAOGE( TARIKHUL ISLAM LIZZAHABI V-3 P:990)




JUMHUR MUHADITHEEN NE IMAME AAZAM KO HAFIZUL HADEES AUR AMAMUL FUQAHA TASLEEM KIYA HAI.

WAHABIYA KUCH HASIDIN AUR NA WAQIF LOGO KI BATO KO LEKAR IMAME AZAM PAR LAAN TAAN KARTE HAI. ALLAH UNHE GARAT KARE. AAMEEN
