WAHABI AHLE HADEES KA DHOKA
Wahabi Ahle hadees ne Imame Aazam Abu Hanifah رحمة الله عليه ke bugz wa inaad me Aap ke taalluq se Imame Malik رحمة الله عليه par ek jhutha ilzam laga diya.
Woh ye ki Imame Aazam ke talluq se unho ne ye kaha ki woh apni galat baat pe bhi ade rahne wale the. MaazAllah!
Wahabi Ahle Hadees ne daleel mein Imam Hatim ke hawale ko pesh kiya:
Imam Shafai رحمة الله عليه ne kaha maine Imam Malik رحمة الله عليه ko yeh kehte suna jabki unse pucha gaya ki Aap Abu Hanifa ko jaante hai to unhone kaha haan tumhara us shaksh ke baare mein kya khayal hai, Ki agar woh us sutoon ko sone ka kahe aur usko sabit karne par amaada ho jaye to usko sone ka kar dikhayega agarche who sutoon lakdi ka ho ya pathar ka.
"Imam Muhammad ( Abi Hatim) ne kaha Imam Malik ki muraad yeh thi ki beshak Abu Hanifa galti par date rehta tha aur us par daleel deta rehta tha. Aur sahih baat Abu Hanifa ke samne zahir ho jati to uski taraf na laut ta tha.

JAWAB
Imame Malik par ye jhuti tohmat hai. Haqeeqat ye hai ki Imam Malik ka ye kahna ki Abu Hanifa agar kisi lakdi ke sotoon ko sone ka kahke usko sabit karna chahte to dalil dekar sabit kar sakte the. Ye baat Imam Malik ne Imame Aazam ke kamale zihanat aur quwwate istidlal ki tareef me kahi hai. Unki mazammat me nahi! Chunanche Imam Malik ke is qaul ko Imam Aazam ki madah me darje zail Muhadditheen ne apni kitabon me naql kiya hai aur kisi ne bhi isko mazammat wala qaul nahi kaha. Misal ke taur par:

LEKIN BURA HO BUGZ O INAD KA KI YEK DARJAN MUHADITHEEN KI BAAT KO CHHODKAR WAHABIYA NE IMAME AAZAM رحمة الله عليه KE BUGZ ME ABU HATIM KI GALAT TASHRIH KO LEKAR IMAME AAZAM رحمة الله عليه PE LAAN TAAN KARNA SHURU KIYA.
AB HAM YAHAN PAR IMAME AAZAM رحمة الله عليه KE TAALLUQ SE KUCH MUHADITHEEN KE AQWAL NAQL KARTE HAI:
(1) IMAM IBNE MUBARAK SE PUCHHA GAYA KI IMAM MALIK BADE FAQIF HAI YA IMAM AAZAM? TO UNHO NE JAWAB DIYA IMAM ABU HANIFA.
(2) YAHYA BIN SAEED QATTAN NE FARMAYA: MAI NE ABU HANIFA KI FIQH SE ACHHI FIQH KISI KI NAHI DEKHA. HAM NE UNKE AKSAR AQWAL KO LIYA HAI.
(3) ALI BIN AASIM NE FARMAYA, ABU HANIFA KE ILM KO UNKE ZAMANE WALO KE ILM SE MUWAZANA KIYA JAYE TO ABU HANIFA KA ILM BHARI HOGA.
(4) IMAM BUKHARI KE DADA USTAZ HAFS BIN GAYAS NE FARMAYA, FIQH ME ABU HANIFAH KA KALAM SHER SE ZIYADA DAQIQ HAI UN PAR KOI JAHIL HI AIB LAGAYEGA.
(5) IMAM BUKHARI KE USTAZ HUMAIDI NE FARMAYA MAINE SUFYAN BIN OAINA KO KAHTE HUYE SUNA KI ABU HANIFA KI FIQH KOFAH SE NIKALKAR AAFAQ ME PHAIL GAI.
(6) JARIR NE FARMAYA KI MUJH SE MUGIRAH NE KAHA KI ABU HANIFA KI MAJLIS ME BAITHO FAQIH HOJAOGE( TARIKHUL ISLAM LIZZAHABI V-3 P:990)
JUMHUR MUHADITHEEN NE IMAME AAZAM KO HAFIZUL HADEES AUR AMAMUL FUQAHA TASLEEM KIYA HAI.
